On Accommodation:
Before 30 days 50% of the total package will be applicable.
Between 30 days – 15 days 75% of the total package is applicable.
Between 15 days – no refund will be applicable.
The above policy will be the same in case of Medical grounds and will be applicable only on submission of a hospitalization certificate.
In case of a serious medical emergency credit note of 100% will be issued. Strictly no refunds
A credit note will be issued in case of force majeure or any natural calamities or National Emergency.
Safaris:
As this is an additional service, we are providing no refund against any Safari bookings.
Guests have the option to book the safaris by themselves. No binding from our side.
