Overview

The Satpura Tour covers the entire Pachmarhi and Satpura Tiger Reserve. Pachmarhi lets you see the ranges of the Satpura mountains, its waterfalls and various other views. The place also boasts very ancient temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, and it is a heaven for trekking and adventure lovers.

The Satpura Tiger Reserve tour takes you to the jungles of Satpura, where you will see a variety of flora and fauna. The reserve is well known for its vast biodiversity, with around 1300 species of plants including teak, sal, bamboo, mahua (Indian butter-tree), tendu, bel (stone-apple), grasses, lantana and bushes.

It also has many medicinal plants and mixed species of flora of Madhya Pradesh. Evergreen and deciduous forests with lush green vegetation create a perfect environment for anyone who wants the real essence of the forest. The entry will be from the Madhai gate.

The nearest stations for Pachmarhi are Pipariya and Itarsi Railway Junction. We can arrange a cab such as an Innova or Sedan for you.

  2. Whole-day sightseeing of Pachmarhi: visit Jata Shankar, B-Fall, Bal Udyan, Noka Vihar and sunset at Dhoopgarh.

  1. Morning tea followed by breakfast.
  2. Check-out formalities and transfers to Madhai.
  3. Check in at the pre-booked wildlife resort in Madhai Tiger Reserve.
  4. Lunch, then the afternoon at leisure.
  5. Activities and bonfire in the evening, followed by dinner and relaxation.
  6. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 4Madhai safaris5 activities
  1. Morning tea, followed by a safari in the Madhai zone with packed breakfast.
  2. Come back and relax at the resort.
  3. After lunch, a safari in the Madhai zone, which is very rich in fauna and sightings.
  4. You can even opt for a night safari.
  5. Enjoy dinner at the resort after the safari.
Day 5Nature walk and departure2 activities
  1. Last day of the tour: go for a nature walk and explore the natural beauty while listening to the chirping of birds.
  2. After breakfast, check-out formalities and transfers to Pipariya to board your return train, with sweet memories.

  • 50% refund on accommodation if cancelled 30 days before the trip.

Safari timings and permitted routes are set by the forest department and may change with weather and park rules. Your booking is confirmed only after availability is checked.

What is the cancellation policy?

Refunds are given only on accommodation: 50% if you cancel 30 days before the trip, 25% if you cancel 15 days before, and none within 15 days. There is no refund on safari bookings. A 100% advance is needed to book.
